1. Service Booking:
By booking a service with SouthFix, you agree to the scheduled time, pricing, and scope of work provided prior to service. Any changes must be communicated in advance.

2. Payment:
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and online payments.

3. Refund Policy:
Refunds are applicable only for services not delivered or agreed upon in writing.
In case of dissatisfaction, we offer free rework within 48 hours.

4. Liability:
SouthFix is not liable for pre-existing damages or issues unrelated to the scope of work. Our technicians take utmost care, but clients are encouraged to secure valuables.
